Quick Offices is part of Nuclei Ltd. We are based in Walton on Thames, Surrey with a client focused office in London, Holborn. The company has grown organically since its inception in 1999.

 

How do we make money?

The majority of our revenue comes from the introduction fees payable by commercial office agents, office space landlords and flexible office rental operators.

If you use the site to find the best office space for your needs but do not apply through the site, choosing to go to the landlord's website and apply there instead, Quick Offices will earn nothing. So why not do that?
It's not in your best interest to cut us out the loop – many of our deals are exclusive and some landlords may cut their costs to win more deals against their competition. Of course, if you can secure a cheaper deal through the landlord directly then you might wish to cut us out, but the chances of this are extremely slim – if anything you're more likely to find a cheaper deal using our service.
